Everpure will join a roster of prime international blue-chip tenants at Danube House. The early full leasing represents strong market validation of the repositioning strategy for Danube House and confirms the continued demand for premium, design-driven office environments in Prague’s most established business locations.

Václav Jonáš, Managing Director at CA Immo in the Czech Republic, commented: “Reaching full occupancy well ahead of completion is a significant milestone for Danube House and a clear confirmation of our vision for the project. With this comprehensive refurbishment, we are transforming the building into an iconic, first-class landmark class A building with irreplaceable views to the Prague castle.”

Paul Melmon, Head of the Prague office at Everpure, added: “Danube House stood out as a natural choice for our Prague operations. It is a unique building within the Riverside Karlín campus, a location we know well and where we have been very satisfied. We’ve been building a world class team in Karlín for the past five years, and the quality of the campus provides the right platform for our continued growth and innovation in the region.”
